When will my order be shipped?

The estimated shipping date is stated directly on each product next to the order button. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM start processing the same day. As soon as your parcel leaves our central warehouse in the Netherlands, you will receive a tracking link. Delivery takes on average 1 to 4 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge transparent flat shipping rates per order: € 6.95 for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg; € 7.95 for Germany and Denmark; and € 9.95 for France, Spain, Italy, and Finland. View our shipping table for all other destinations.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you always have a 14-day return window from receipt of your order. Items can be returned in original, unused condition and packaging in accordance with our return policy.

What should I do in case of transit damage or a defective item?
