Heavy duty power ab roller with resistance bands - abs wheel - black

Get ready for a solid ab workout! With the Avento Heavy Duty Ab Roller with resistance bands you can easily train your abdominal, arm and chest muscles without losing balance. The handy system with resistance bands in combination with the double abdominal muscle wheel ensures that you can perform various exercises for the abdominal muscles in a calm and controlled manner. Thanks to the bands, you experience more equilibrium and you can perform the exercise correctly more quickly. This allows you to build up the training and vary it from less demanding exercises to a tough abdominal muscle workout. In this way you not only train the abdominal muscles simply and effectively, but also the chest, shoulders, legs and back muscles are actively tensed. The abdominal roller set consists of a sturdy double fitness wheel with a heavy duty steel tube with plastic anti-slip grips. The profile on the tires of the wheel provides good grip and the wrist is well supported thanks to the comfortable grips. The TPE rubber resistance bands have a soft cover, so you can use them smoothly and comfortably. At the ends of the resistance bands there are PP loops for the ankle/foot/shoe. This allows you to easily hook your feet into the loops, while attaching them to the wheel on the other side. This abdominal muscle trainer set also includes a TPE fitness mat, so that your knees are supported and do not quickly hurt during the workout. This set is ideal to supplement your own home gym, so you no longer have to go to the gym! In addition, you can easily take the set with you anywhere and keep your body super fit!
