Description
You can also gradually build up challenging new exercises that require flexibility by not putting too much force on the muscles and letting the yoga belt do the work. With the metal D-rings you can easily adjust the yoga strap and use it at different lengths. The belt is made of extremely strong cotton, so the straps always stay in place.
